It’s sweet SWEET summer time y’all! And I don’t know about you guys but during the warmer summer months I tend to have WAY more aches and pains than any other time. With the heat, doing more outdoor activities and getting that summer body in shape achey areas are hard to avoid. So I want to share with you 3 Ways to Soothe Aches and Pains this Summer!
Whether you’re walking around a theme park for 12 hours, swimming in the pool, doing yard work, hiking or playing sports, the warmer weather is PRIME TIME for these activities! And more physical activity (while totally good for you AND part of a healthy lifestyle) means more chances for aches and pains. Here are the three things I do to ease my everyday aches and pains!
1 : Stretching & Yoga
Taking a few moments each day just to stretch and loosen your muscles can make a HUGE difference in your daily pain levels! SERIOUSLY GUYS. Keeping your muscles and joints stretched and not allowing them to get tight and crampy will not only help you to NOT become sore in the first place, but it can also relieve tightness and soreness that does occur. I recommend taking just a few minutes each morning when you wake up and before bed to stretch your body, taking care to pay attention to areas that frequently become sore. As well as devoting a half hour or so at least once a week to do full body yoga that stretches and strengthens.
2 : Uncle Bud’s Topical Pain Reliever
Uncle Bud’s Topical Pain Reliever is a CBD based cream used for everyday aches and pains. It’s made from natural ingredients like CBD oil and coconut oil. CBD is a key active ingredient in marijuana and parts of hemp plants, it is non-psychoactive, and is known to have a wide range of medical benefits. CBD is very safe to use, especially topically and due to it’s ingredients Uncle Bud’s Topical Pain Reliever is also fast acting and naturally anti inflammatory. I use it on areas like my neck and shoulders that always seem to be sore, from holding kids and sitting down using the computer so much. It always works quickly and soothes my pain for a few hours.
3 : Foam Roller
Some of you may be familiar with foam rollers and some of you might not be. Let me tell y’all, even if you’re not an “athlete” these things are AMAZING! You just roll on it wherever you’re aching and the pressure from the roller helps to release your muscles! I use it on my legs, back and to help stretch!
I hope these tips help you have a super fun and not sore summer! Don’t forget to Pin this post to Pinterest so you can save these tips for when you need them!

I love using a foam roller and yoga to get it all stretched out. It’s amazing just how much “extra” leaves your body when you stretch. I’m gonna have to give Uncle Bud’s a try, though. That looks amazing.
