Well Y’all! Here we are! final thoughts & results
Our final thoughts are overwhelmingly positive! We all thought this meal plan and diet was extremely easy to maintain, shop for and cook on. We ALL feel overwhelmingly more healthy, and better on a daily basis – (like NOTICEABLY different, in a good way.) My skin is slowly clearing up, and I’m having less breakouts of both acne and eczema – while I’m sure this will be a months long, and continuously ongoing process, at least I know eating according to this plan has something to do with the improvement of my skin issues! We have all noticed increased energy levels, better sleep (deeper and more restful, but not necessarily sleeping longer.) Myself, and my father in particular have also noticed that we have WAY less stomach upset than we usually do – which is AWESOME – we both have GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease) and dealing with an upset stomach in one way or another is a daily occurrence, but the symptoms have eased tremendously for us both.

We will most definitely continue to use the tools we learned and cook more of the meals, snacks and smoothies from the book, Always Eat After 7PM! I was able to apply the rules to meals when I go out to eat, and you can even haver certain kinds of alcohol! The ease of the plan, along with the intermittent fasting makes this a breeze for long term success and sustainability!

I know this is the moment you’ve all been waiting for – before and after photos! While weight loss wasn’t my main goal, I’d be lying if I said I didn’t feel better now that I’ve lost a few pounds and my jeans aren’t so tight. There was about 6 weeks time between the before and after photos. I worked out 3 to 5 times a week the last 3 weeks of those 6 weeks, and I skipped the “Acceleration Phase” of the Always Eat After 7 PM plan.
