I LOVED these nighttime CBD gummies! The PM Gummies are a mix of CBD and melatonin, which helps you fall asleep, AND stay asleep! Seriously I sleep significantly AND noticeably better when I take these before bed than when I don’t. The only thing I suggest with these is taking them BEFORE you brush your teeth at night. I took them after brushing my teeth once and, while the gummies taste great, after falling asleep and waking up in the morning, I woke up with a nasty taste on my tongue. And this wasn’t only me, I let my friend have a few of these and he mentioned the same aftertaste issue.

A quality CBD tincture is my favorite way to take CBD. It works the fastest and is so easy, as well as versatile! CBDistillery’s 1000mg tincture is easily dropped under the tongue or can be added to pretty much any beverage of your choice! I also really like how discreet the bottle is, I can take it with me anywhere and it fits into most of my bags, even small over the shoulder bags.

This CBD salve is my new bff to be honest. I LOVE being able to put an all natural salve with CBD directly on my skin for aches and pains. With other added soothing elements in it like peppermint, eucalyptus, aloe and tee tree the relief is REAL y’all!
